Windows Deployment & Endpoint Management
Project Overview
This project focused on deploying and managing Windows 10/11 endpoints across an institutional environment at Central Community College. The project involved standardizing device configurations, automating OS deployment, and maintaining a healthy, secure endpoint fleet for faculty, staff, and students.
Accomplishments
Key Accomplishments
- Assisted with Windows 10/11 OS deployment across college-wide devices using OSD processes, ensuring consistent and repeatable builds.
- Executed system imaging workflows to capture, store, and apply standardized OS images, significantly reducing deployment time per device.
- Performed software installation and staging — including Microsoft 365, security agents, and classroom-specific applications — prior to device deployment.
- Configured endpoint settings including network profiles, power policies, and domain joins to align with institutional IT standards.
- Conducted hardware lifecycle management: receiving new equipment, staging for deployment, and retiring end-of-life assets.
- Performed post-deployment troubleshooting including driver issues, software conflicts, and network connectivity problems.
